About Montclair Massage

We are a growing wellness studio dedicated exclusively to massage. We focus on high-quality therapeutic, deep tissue, sports, and relaxation massage in a clean, professional, and supportive environment.

What we offer

  • $40 per massage hour
  • $17.34 per hour for scheduled downtime between clients
  • $10 request bonus when a client specifically requests you
  • Commission on add-ons, including hot stones and CBD oil

What you’ll do

  • Deliver high-quality massage therapy tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Provide deep tissue, sports, therapeutic, and relaxation massage.
  • Discuss pressure, focus areas, comfort, and goals with clients.
  • Check customers in and out.
  • Keep massage room clean and tidy.
  • Provide thoughtful customer service and follow studio sanitation and safety procedures.

What we’re looking for

  • Clear communication skills and strong client rapport.
  • The ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
  • Availability to work one or two days on weekends.
  • Any current certification or permits required for your role.
